If you need to create a new Application that's similar to an existing one, you can save time by copying a previous Application instead of starting from scratch.
The copy feature duplicates the Application's registration form fields, confirmation email, waiver, header content, and other configuration options. After the copy is created, you can customize any of these settings to meet the needs of your new Application.
Copy from a Previous Application
From the menu, navigate to Events & Programs > Applications
- Locate the Application you would like to copy
- Click Edit Detail
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
Toggle on Copy, Archive & Delete Options
Click the Copy the Application button
Review Your New Application
After the copy is created, review the Application to ensure it is configured for your new program.
Pay special attention to the following:
- Application Name and Header Content
- Confirmation Message Email
- Registration Form Fields
- Waiver/Disclaimer
- User Notifications
Alternate Option: Copy Fields
Use this option after creating a new Application when you only need to copy Registration Form fields from an existing Application. This allows you to reuse questions without copying other Application settings.
- Navigate to Events & Programs > Applications
- Scroll to the new Application
- Select the Registration Form section on the Application
- At the top of the Registration Form section, select the option "Click here to copy questions"
Note: This option copies only the Registration Form fields. Other Application settings, such as the confirmation email, notifications, and display settings, are not copied.
