Users can enable profile content and an hours summary for volunteers on both the web and mobile app. To update these settings, follow the steps below:
- From the menu bar, navigate to Account > Settings
- Within Settings, scroll to Volunteer Experience (Profile Page / Hours / Mobile App), click to expand the options
✅ Please note that these features will only work if your Events/Programs are using an Application

Volunteer Hours Display
Turn on the visibility for Volunteer Hours for the web profile view and the Mobile App.
The type of hours displayed can be shift hours or check-in hours. Shift hours include any shift in the past that the volunteer has signed up for. Checked-in hours will only include hours that the volunteer has checked in for.
Options include Lifetime, Year to date, and hours from the last 20, 60, 90, or 180 days. Choose one or all three!
