View Sent Emails or Text/SMS Messages

Use the Message Center to view sent, scheduled, and draft messages created with the Broadcast tool. View all messages sent to a volunteer within the Admin's view of the Volunteer Profile.

View Sent, Scheduled, and Draft Broadcast Messages

Use the Message Center to view sent, scheduled, and draft messages created with the Broadcast tool.

1. From the menu, navigate to Communicate > View Sent Emails or View Sent Text/SMS
2. Update the Date filter to expand the search
   
   Note: The date filter will default to this week
3. (Optional) Enable the checkbox to Include messages across all users
   
   Note: The setting allows view of messages sent from other users within the account
4. Click the Search button to apply the filters
   
5. Select the Message filters to view the Sent and Draft/Scheduled messages
   
6. Scroll to view Sent, Draft, or Scheduled Broadcast Messages
   

‼️ Please note: Individual email and text templates sent to individual volunteers do not appear in the Message Center.

All email messages sent to a volunteer can instead be viewed in the Message History section within the Admin view of the Volunteer Profile (see below).

View all Sent Email Messages for an Individual Volunteer

All email messages sent to a volunteer can be viewed in the Message History section within the Admin view of the Volunteer Profile.

1. Navigate to the Admin's view of the Volunteer's Profile from Volunteers > Search or Volunteers > Report
2. Click on the volunteer's name to open the Admin view of their Profile
3. Navigate to the Message History section (located in the lower right)
4. View the sent Email Messages and details:
   Each message record includes the following information:

   • Subject line

   • Sent date

   • Open date

   • Sent by (user or system/automatic)

   • Sent from (user email address)

‼️ Please note: Text message templates do not appear in Message History at this time.
