Volunteers can view and manage their personal information, upcoming shifts, and sign waivers/disclaimers through their Volunteer Profile. There are two ways to access it, detailed below.
Option A: From the organization’s landing page
- Select the Access Your Profile button on the Organization's Landing page
- On the next page, enter the volunteer's email address that they used to sign up

The Volunteer will receive an email with a unique link to access their Volunteer Profile
- The link will open the Volunteer's profile
Option B: From a previous Confirmation Email
- Open any prior confirmation email containing a Volunteer Profile button or utilizing the
{volunteer profile link}smart tag - Click the button or link to access the volunteer profile directly
