There are a few reasons a volunteer may not have visibility into a job/shift they want to sign up for.
Some include:
- Job Details set by an administrator of the event/scheduling page (such as age requirement, qualifications needed for that job and/or it is password protected
- That particular job/shift has already happened (in the past)
- It is not (yet) available
- It is at full capacity
- The administrator for the event/scheduling page are scheduling volunteers for that specific role and have not made it a public offering
- There is a specific "Status" a volunteer must possess in order to select a job/shift within that event/scheduling page
